Guide 01

Tables in the app

Start a table from a source, add enrichment, AI and action columns, run them with an estimate, and send after approval.

Tables are spreadsheets for prospecting work: one row per person or company, and columns that find, enrich, score, write and send. Everything here is also available through the API and the MCP server; this guide follows the app.

Start from a source

New table opens a catalog of sources. Fill in the form, check the results (how many were found, rows to add, credits against your balance, warnings), then create the table. Rows appear as the source runs, and the header shows its progress with a Stop button.

GroupSources
Find peopleLinkedIn search, Sales Navigator search or saved lead list, decision makers or employees of a company, an ICP audience.
Find companiesCompany search.
SignalsPeople who engaged with a LinkedIn post, companies that visited your website.
Your dataA snapshot of your contacts or companies, filtered by status, audience, industry or score.
ImportA CSV file (map each column, choose how to skip duplicates), or a blank table.

Sources that read LinkedIn run on your own connected LinkedIn account. A source you cannot use yet says why and links to the setting that turns it on.

Add columns

Add column opens a drawer with a form for each kind. Every priced column shows its credits per row.

  • Enrichment: work email, mobile phone or LinkedIn URL. Pick the columns it reads and order the providers it tries; your own connected keys are free.
  • AI column: a prompt that references other columns with {{Column}} (type {{ or / to insert one), and an answer type: text, number, yes or no, one of a list, or structured data. Test it on 3 rows before running the whole column.
  • Formula: compute a value from other columns, previewed live. Free.
  • Actions: score against an ICP, research a company, write a message, icebreaker or subject line, send a LinkedIn invitation, message or InMail, or enroll in a sequence.
  • Only run if: any computed column can run on matching rows only, for example score > 50. Rows that do not match are skipped, free.

Run with an estimate

  1. Open a column's run menu: test on the first 10 rows, run the first rows, selected rows, rows not run yet or failed, failed cells only, or every row again.
  2. Review the estimate: cells to run, the credit range, your balance, and which cells are skipped and why.
  3. Run. Each cell shows its status, the reason when it was skipped or failed, and the credits it charged. The column shows a progress bar, and the Runs panel lists active runs with a Cancel button.

Credits are charged only for what a cell finds or writes; failed cells are free. Large runs are split into parts of 1,000 cells automatically. See credits, caps and pricing.

Sends wait for approval

Tick rows and use the bulk bar to add them to a sequence, run a LinkedIn column, push them to contacts or export them. Adding to a sequence and every LinkedIn send create one action that waits in Approvals until the sender approves it. Nothing is sent before that, and the same person is never contacted twice by the same kind of send within 30 days.

Rows need a linked contact to receive a send

Push rows to contacts first: rows without a linked contact are skipped. Read approvals and never-twice for who approves and how.
